**As a Employee Experience Specialist, you will be responsible to ensure the following**:

- Work in collaboration with the Employee Relations & Experience Manager in projects relating to employee experience/engagement
- Assist in defining the company culture based on employee experiences and feedback.
- Build on our existing listening mechanisms in order to map the employee journey.
- Assess the impact that people practices and policies have on the employee experience and use data to understand and identify improvement opportunities.

**As a Employee Experience Specialist, ideally you will possess the following**:

- Completed Bachelor’s degree ideally in Human Resources or similar
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience using digital platforms and tools advantageous
- Change management experience preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
