- Matric
- NQF5 banking diploma (advantage)
- English and one other language preferred
- 1 year collections experience (could be gained through learnership)
- **additional requirements**:

- Knowledge of the Estate Administrations Act 66 of 1965
- 2 to 3 years’ experience of dealing with Deceased Estates
- Certificate in Administration of Deceased Estates
