**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Software Installation**:

- Install and configure the software at client practices, both onsite and remotely, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide technical support as needed during the setup process.

**Client Training**:

- Conduct detailed training sessions for clients, focusing on how to use the system effectively in their practice.
- Develop customised training plans based on the specific needs and workflows of each client.
- Provide post-training support and respond to client questions to ensure a seamless transition to the software.

**Customer Support**:

- Act as the primary point of contact during the installation and training phases, ensuring client concerns and feedback are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with the support team to resolve client issues related to the software.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of installations and training sessions for internal reporting and quality assurance.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Sales and Support team to ensure a smooth handoff of new clients after purchase.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience as a **Consultant in Medical Aid/Healthcare Software**.
- Driver's license and own reliable vehicle. (A travel allowance will be catered by the Company)
- Ability to travel locally.

**Qualifications**:

- Matric certificate.

CTC includes Medical Aid.
