**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager based in South Africa

**What will you do**:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large and complex programme, ensuring successful outcomes against agreed objectives, timelines and budgets
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trusted

relationships and managing expectations across executive, operational and technical
levels
- Engage and manage relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations
- Operate autonomously in a regional context, coordinating with global Intent HQ delivery teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- Allocate and manage resources effectively, balancing project needs with available capacity, and ensuring optimal utilisation of team members
- Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks, issues and dependencies across

multiple workstreams, implementing contingency plans as necessary to ensure project continuity and success
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints
- Ensure governance, reporting and decision-making processes are effective and

transparent for both client and Intent HQ stakeholders, providing insights into project progress and challenges
- Lead, mentor, and develop delivery teams, fostering a culture of continuous

improvement, collaboration, accountability, and high performance
- Support the growth of Intent HQ in the region through professional representation and client engagement.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 10+ years’ proven experience in programme and project management within large scale, complex technology or data-driven transformations
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trust with C- level and senior executives
- Highly self-motivated, resilient and able to operate independently with mínimal oversight
- Demonstrable experience in multi-region delivery and working across distributed teams
- Deep understanding of programme governance, commercial management, and risk/issue management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to delivery and

strategic mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
- Relevant programme management certifications (e.g. MSP, PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable
- Strong background in AI domain and the telecommunications sector is preferred
