**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to optimize daily operations, including retail store activities, water deliveries, and customer service
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic policies focused on compliance, sales growth, and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to effective budgeting and resource planning to support business expansion
- Ensure the successful and timely delivery of internal and external projects
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices
- Identify innovative opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and growth

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in business or related field
- Valid South African Driver’s License
- Willingness and ability to work additional hours if needed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- Reliable, organized, and results-oriented
