**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to
- Review 'As is' working practices in the Product domain
- Understand, agree and communicate KPIs that will be used to track benefit
- Provide consolidation feedback
- Provide and communicate clear options for modified business process/workflows on addressing the business impact assessment
- Create a communication plan/strategy for releases to users including troubleshooting material for pre product launches
- Assist and support Product Owners with all communications throughout the Product Development and into launch
- Put measures in place to embed and sustain changes to the working practices to maximise benefit of the Product
- Coach and onboard any subsequent permanent business change staff who may join the programme
- Provide help and support where necessary in business change across the rest of the programme
- Participate in all ceremonies
- Present business change progress/topics at Sprint reviews where necessary
- Provide business change documentation

**Key Requirements**
- Must have strong team management ability, influencing and organizational awareness.
- Strong technical project management skills in agile working practices.
- Possesses significant knowledge of development design principles.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the full Software Delivery Lifecycle.
- Prior Supplier or offshore management experience
- Experience in Microsoft Azure needed

Job is on remote basis

Contract - 6months renewable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
