**1.**JOB PURPOSE**
Co-ordinating daily delivery and collection schedule to ensure that all deliveries and collections are carried out timeously. Completing and ensuring that AX is updated on a real-time basis to accurately measure delivery and collection times as well as various administration duties. To assess machines completed for defects or concerns and highlight on provided checklist. Responsible for AX System management, QC and damages controller. To relay completed inspection sheets to workshop planner for data capture.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the following:

**Responsibilities**
Logistic Coordination
1. Ensuring that all deliveries and collections are carried out within specified times
2. Co-ordinating the trucks and drivers to ensure that the schedule is adhered to
3. Ensuring that all deliveries are effected within 20 minutes of scheduled time
4. Ensuring that all collections are done within 24 hours of off-hire
5. Knowing exactly where each truck is at all times by monitoring the tracking
Controls and reporting
1. Communicate all late deliveries to Hire Desk and Rep, as well as customer
2. Ensure that drivers communicate via sms when machines are delivered and collected
3. Check Trackmatic on trucks
4. Ensuring that all deliveries and collections are completed in real time on AX and that information entered into the system is 100% accurate at all times
General
1. To ensure that a professional image is always projected, i.e. grooming and company vehicle
2. To ensure that the quality of service that Eazi Access Rental provides and the satisfaction of its customers, are treated with the utmost importance at all times
3. To promote Eazi Access Rental and do everything possible to enhance its image
4. To ensure that all duties are carried out safely and in accordance with all company and legal requirements
5. To work in harmony with other employees in the Company
6. To ensure that confidentiality in all Eazi Access Rental matter is maintained
7. To produce other information as required and to carry out other duties either directly or indirectly as requested by your manager from time to time
8. Compliance to standard operation guidelines of Eazi Access Rental
The Job is also responsible for the following:

Outbound Machines
- Visually inspect all machines which are turned from Red to Green and complete the Q.C. check sheet (all documents in the document box).
- Q.C. sticker to be placed on ground control.
- Machines which fail the Q.C. check must be referred to Workshop Manager within 30min.
- Q.C. failed machines will be repaired on same day.
- Q.C. check sheets are to be filed in monthly Q.C. file.
- Submit all info to Senior Quality Officer
