Storeman

Our client in the packaging manufacturing industry requires your experience as a Storeman / Stock Controller. The purpose of position is to manage and oversee the stock control and purchasing for the production of their various product lines.

**PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Issue parts and consumables to applicable staff.
- Keep minimum stock levels of all stock and consumables.
- Keep accurate records of all stock issued and purchased
- Purchase stock from approved suppliers
- Provide monthly and weekly reports of stock
- Inspection of stock to insure they meet HSSE standards
- Adhoc duties relating to the Warehouse stores
- Willing to work shifts where required
- Stock Takes and investigation of any variances
- Frequent Cycle Counts to reduce potential variances

**CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**
- Matric qualification
- grade 12
- Further studies in supply chain will be an added advantage
- Storeman experience - min 3 years
- **Forklift License**:

- Computer literate
- Ability to work under pressure
- Stock Accuracy
- Attention to detail

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R54,00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
