**Main Responsibilities**

Achieve periodic Sales volume targets**Dealer Management**
Dealerships sales support, monitoring and management**Detailed Description of Tasks**
- Achieve sales objectives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales volume targets

**Dealer Management**
- Monitor monthly sales.
- Research Power Products competitors and customers.
- Identify and manage all sales performance barriers.
- Market analysis and forecasts
- Re-align sales objectives and action plans.
- Monitor & controlling the sales process.
- New product launch strategies in conjunction with dealers
- Ensure correct stock levels to achieve sales objectives.
- Customer relationship management
- Ensure sales profitability and satisfaction levels.
- Maintain overall dealer network.
- Propose best supply plan according to sales plans.
- Propose relevant sales support tools, brochures, website information, advertising materials and demonstrations.
- Provide effective sales promotion plans for all dealers.
- Facilitate sales skills training and new model training in conjunction with HSAF Training division**Inherent Requirements**

**Qualification, Skills, and Experience**
- Qualifications: Grade 12

- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office)
- Analytical skills
- Financial literacy
- Business management skills
- Marketing and negotiation skills
- Strong mathematical/numeracy skills
- Interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
