Contractor Change Management Practitioner

-The purpose of this position is to design and manage the implementation of change management strategies, frameworks and capability within the Prudential Authority (PA). -Detailed Description -The scope of the role includes, but is not be limited to, the following key performance areas: -- Provide detailed analysis of the current and desired state. -- Develop and implement a change management strategy and plan to manage the change process. -- Develop an effective stakeholder and communication strategy to ensure that the change activities are communicated to all the impacted stakeholders. -- Conduct change readiness assessments and identify the barriers to change. -- Identify the areas of resistance and develop a resistance management plan. -- Manage and maintain the relationships with the PA change influencers. -- Propose and implement the change interventions necessary for the success of the change projects within the PA. -- Conduct a post-implementation assessment to assess, among others things, the realisation of the project benefits, adoption rate and proficiency levels of end users. -- Ensure that the changes are reinforced and sustained. -- Work closely with the trainers and ensure that stakeholders are identified for training and evaluate the training. -Job Requirements - a Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in preferably Behavioural Science, Communication or any related field; -- a minimum of five to eight years’ work experience; -- any relevant change management certification; -- change management theory and practice; -- working experience at a change management consultant level for projects in a multi-functional organisation; and -- experience in: -- project managing change initiatives or other relevant business experience; -- facilitating workshops; and -- negotiating for desired outcomes. -Additional requirements include: -- business engagement management; and -- knowledge and skills in: -- change management; -- stakeholder management; -- communication management; and -- service and stakeholder focus. -How To Apply All interested parties are invited to apply. - All the available vacancies will be visible. - Login: - Is this your first visit to our Job Site? > Register today (Ensure that you include all your skills and qualifications during the registration process.); or - Already registered on our Job Site? > Already registered? > Login here. -- Select ‘Date posted’ > ‘Last 3 weeks’ (in the drop-down menu). -- Select the appropriate IRC number to view the full advertisement. -**05 June** **The SARB offers remuneration and benefits commensurate with the level of the position and in line with the market.
