Our department is in search of a Corporate DC Team Leader to join the Corporate DC Team. The incumbent will act in a departmental leadership role and will report to the Online DC Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Corporate DC departmental leadership
- Coordinate with H/O Corporate department, DC team, online and stores.
- Manage relationships with service providers and all stakeholders.
- Track progress, manage expectations and ensure stakeholders’ requirements are delivered.
- Act speedily to resolve problems, queries, and complaints.
- Process optimisation, continuous improvements, implementation and monitoring
- Ensure compliance to company policies and Corporate Sales business processes.
- Ensure that orders are accurately and timeously captured on relevant platform/system.
- Stock management and control of the stock consolidations process from suppliers, DC and stores.
- Plan and co-ordinate accurate Picking, packing, and shipping on time, all orders from corporate sales and online.
- Ongoing training and developing of the team members.
- Act in an ethical, transparent and moral manner
- Responsible for accurate monthly performance reports
- Administration

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Retail and planning/logistics experience would be advantageous.

**Skills and competencies required**:

- Good writing and communication skills.
- Analytics.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision while maintaining accuracy and focus.
- Teamwork, self-management, and alignment with group values.
- Promote a friendly staff and customer focused environment.
