- We are recruiting for a Technical Supervisor: X-Ray, CR & DR.
- Requirements:

- N-Dip, Diploma or B-tech Degree: Clinical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 3 years working experience as a Field Service Engineer / Technician
- Experience with X-Ray Equipment, DR & CR Equipment and a basic knowledge of PACS systems
- Sound understanding of financial principles with experience in making necessary changes to operational structures and protocols to ensure maximum productivity and profits
- Analysis and interpretation of productivity reports to better manage team

**Duties**:

- Supervise and assist the team with equipment assessments, troubleshoot, repairs and / or services to ensure the equipment are fully operational as per the manufacturer's instructions and established procedures
- Co-ordination and prioritization together with Technical Admin for all repairs and routine services to be actioned by the team
- Compile a monthly service schedule for Service Level Agreements and none SLA customers and co-ordinate
- with Technical Admin to arrange the agreed dates with customers
- Supervise and assist the team to ensure the company Standard Operating Procedures are adhered too
- Assist the sales team and Management in promoting service contracts, to gain capital equipment sales and project installation planning
- Liaisons with overseas technical specialists when required;
- Offer direct or remote technical support to all Field Service Engineers / Technicians on-site, off-site, the branches international or at customer sites whilst undertaking fault diagnosis, services and repairs;
- Attend scheduled meetings with management to advise and provide feedback on past, present and future tasks to ensure all the deadlines set are maintained
- Ensure the team complete all documentation accurately and timeously as per company SOP’s
- Compilation and communication to customers with regards to equipment reports
- Supervise and ensure the teams monthly expenses and allocations are correct prior submission to management
- Identify needs and suggest training schedules local and international for the team and customers to promote growth within
- Provide and present local equipment training for all technical staff
- Ensure all documentation for installations and mandatory updates are comprehensive prior submission
- Delivery and / or collection of medical equipment to / from customers if required
- Ensure product quality by electrical testing methods and testing installed system capabilities
- Ensure information and data collected by the team is submitted to Technical Admin to ensure an accurate and continuous equipment database
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies
- Promote good customer relationships and teamwork within the team
- Assist management with team performance and appraisals;
- Supervise and promote 5’s strategy for the technical workshop and sites within the team
