**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant, in-room dining, and pool terrace operations.
Deliver superior service to maximize guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback efficiently.
Collaborate with theSommelierto curate and update the wine and beverage list.
Ensure that in-room dining wine lists are current and accurate.
Recruit, train, and manage staff, including scheduling and overtime management.
Handle stock purchasing, budgeting, and inventory control.
Maintain strict compliance with sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
Matric; a tertiary qualification inFood Services ManagementorHospitalityis preferred.
2-3 years of experience as aRestaurant Managerin a5-star or luxury establishment.
Wine certification or equivalent experience is advantageous.
Previous experience infine dining, Gourmet Guide, or Eat Out recognized restaurantsis a plus.
Exceptionalinterpersonal and communicationskills.
Ability to engage with distinguished clientele professionally.
Strongfood and wine knowledgewith attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations.
Excellentplanning, organizational, and leadershipskills.
Reliable, adaptable, and self-disciplined with high ethical standards.
