**Job Advert Summary**:

The purpose of this role is to perform reactive and preventative maintenance tasks within the time-frames agreed, at the acceptable quality standards and in compliance with legislation.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 years experience in same or similar role;
- Code 10 drivers licence with PrDP;
- Electrical Installation License will be an advantage;
- A good working knowledge of electrical reticulation, emergency power systems, and HVAC systems;
- General maintenance skills including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and building;
- Good physical fitness is an inherent requirement for the role;
- Availability to work over weekends and public holidays;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Execute repairs and renovations to interior and exterior surfaces, fixtures and fittings;
- Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of property including, but not limited to, painting, tiling, cleaning gutters and general maintenance repairs including doors locks and door repairs;
- Perform preventative maintenance;
- Respond to emergency calls;
