The Executive Space is a leading executive assistant agency specializing in remote positions. We’re currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as remote executive assistants. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, supporting them with a variety of tasks and helping them achieve their goals.

R105.00 per hour (R16.8 K per month for full time role)

Experience: 0-1 year.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for clients.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing travel itineraries.
- Assisting with project management tasks and administrative duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
