**OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Feeds Team Lead (FTL) role will form part of the global Tech & Services team, supporting Feeds team members. The FTL is responsible for the outcome of the day to day operational objectives. These objectives are:
- Deliver the best service to our clients.
- Reach and outperform all operational KPI's.
- Manage an effective and efficient team.

- Maintain a positive working environment.
The role requires high expertise within the Feeds space as consultancy towards clients, internal operations and commercial teams will be required.
The role includes (but isn't limited to) working closely with clients, commercial, consultancy & other ops teams on strategies, proposals / RFPs, implementation, quality assurance, optimisations and insights.
The FTL will be responsible for managing a small team, leading their team pod, individually and as a team to achieve targets and objectives. The FTL will be responsible for resource management within their team, ensuring the team works efficiently (being mindful of billables) and assisting the Head of Tech & Services with resource requirements into the future.
The FTL will need to have a solid understanding of client commercials and be able to contribute to how these should be structured. Keeping up to date with global market trends, product updates & innovative strategies will form an integral part of this role as well as sharing their knowledge across the team and across the company and with clients.
The FTL will also be a Feed Build specialist responsible for setting up, analysing, and optimising product data feeds for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the feed is optimised to the client's requests and industry best practices before going live, and troubleshooting any errors after the feed has been sent to a marketing channel. As a Feeds Expert you are responsible for transforming raw data into an optimised product feed, tuned for performance in each unique channel.
Attending client meetings will form part of this role, building strong relationships with them and supporting the commercial team with strategic input. The FTL will also need to foster relationships with Partners such as Feedonomics to ensure the necessary support is provided on platform.
**PLACE WITHIN ORGANISATION**:
- Reports to the Head of Tech & Services
- Closely interacts with other Feeds Team Leads globally (where applicable)
- Works closely with clients on their Ecommerce Strategies
- Works with Client Services, Consultants and Implementation Specialists
- Works closely with Platform Partners ie. Feedonomics
**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Feeds
- Fulfilling all responsibilities of the Feeds Specialists, and overseeing the work done by others.
- Being end-responsible for (the feeds strategy and) performance of our Feeds clients.
- Keeping a close eye on cooperation with the commercial teams, identifying and resolving roadblocks.
- Helping team members identify upsell opportunities across all clients in conjunction with the commercial team.
- Guiding team members to be innovative.
- Team Management
- Onboard and upskill new team members.
- Lead and manage a regional / client pod, providing mentorship and growth opportunities.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service. Raise concerns and escalations with the Head of T&S.
- Plan, organise and contribute to team meetings ensuring that your experience is shared with the wider team.
- Collaborate with other Feeds Team Leads globally (where applicable) to ensure alignment, share learnings & understand global market trends.
- Assist the Feeds team members with optimisation, issues and testing new features.
- Challenge poor behaviour/performance in others in a positive and constructive manner.
- Ensure profitability of the Feeds team, that they work efficiently and at a billable rate.
- Keep the team motivated, focussed and on track.

- Ensure documentation of processes and holding involved parties to best practice.
- Being able to self-train on new platforms and share knowledge within the team.
- Knowledge transfer within your team, broader T&S team and with Client Services.
- Join and participate in relevant internal and client meetings.
- Ensure all Feeds-related workflows and documentation is accurate and up to date.
**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**:
- A minimum of 5 years experience within digital marketing.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in working with Feeds.
