Develop comprehensive brand strategies for the overarching brand and its distinct elements.
Implement and oversee brand standards and usage guidelines, ensuring uniformity across diverse marketing channels.
Maintain vigilant oversight of brand identity, adapting strategies as needed.
Develop a brand positioning and roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and the marketing team.
Collaborate on brand campaigns, ensuring timely execution.
Evaluate and report on marketing and campaign outcomes for efficacy assessment.
Supervise Graphic designers and copywriting teams for optimal performance and desired outcomes.
Develop an annual marketing calendar encompassing events, campaigns, and key initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the in-house marketing team, social media coordinators, and designers to communicate campaign briefs, creative elements, and copy, securing final approval.
Ensure adherence to the marketing calendar deadlines by all stakeholders within the marketing team and design department.
Cultivate relationships with brand influencers and ambassadors.
Propel brand equity and maintain uniformity across all brand touchpoints.
Advantageous to have prior experience within relevant industries.
Essential skills include excellent written communication, attention to detail, planning, organizational, proofreading, and copywriting abilities.
5-8 years of experience in a Brand Manager or Marketing role.
Technical expertise in Marketing and Brand Building.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven experience in team management.
Precision with keen attention to detail, analytical skills, and critical thinking.
Strong data management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines within specified timeframes.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within multiple teams for project completion.
