Hello, we are looking for an organized and driving professional to fill an Asset Manager role at our Commercial Property Management firm. This is a remote position. In our business we move fast and need someone that can keep up. Are you fast on the computer and willing to learn? Are you detail-oriented and VERY organized? Job Title: Asset Manager, we are looking for someone with professional management experience.

You Will Be Reporting To: COO

Company Services: We manage and invest in commercial real estate across the United States.

Company Location: Oviedo, FL

Hours: Monday - Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST

Travel Required: No

Job Requirements:

- EMPLOYEES- Overseeing ALL employees, making sure they're:

- doing their jobs effectively by spot checking and completing weekly 1 on 1’s,
- making sure we are getting a good enough output from them,
- flagging ownership on any team members who aren't performing well and/or handling replacing them as needed.
- Trello
- Overseeing ALL training in trello
- making sure trello is well organized, everything stays up to date, and is easy to use and each team member is updating it
- Systems
- Helping out with implementing new and better systems where needed.
- Overseeing that all processes are followed in all aspects of the business and making sure everything goes through the correct communication channels with high accountability.
- Experience working under pressure and managing a team to hit deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office, calendaring, corporate correspondence, Google Drive, Excel and Google Sheets
- Proven clear thinker, **well organized**, level headed, solution-oriented, detail-oriented
- Self-starter, efficient, productive, team player

Company Culture: We are a fun-loving, but high-production, successful real estate investment firm.

Remuneration:

- Payment via bank transfer paid on the last day of the month in USD.
- The monthly pay is R22,500/mo (Depending on exchange rate) base + R7,500/mo commission with good performance. Target of R30,000 at goal.
- We will provide you with a VoIP number and a VPN to call from but you must have reliable internet (You must overcome load shedding obstacles to remain productive)
