Job Title: Classroom Assistant

The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing lesson plans and teaching activities.
2. Support individual students with their academic and social development.
3. Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
4. Assist with preparing materials and resources for lessons.
5. Provide supervision during classroom activities and outings.
6. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of students.
7. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and behavior.
8. Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and classroom organization.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
- Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with children.
