**Job Brief**:

- Responsible for assisting the National Sales and Marketing Manager with marketing projects and the internal and external sales teams with daily administrative tasks, as well as a back up to internal sales. You will work closely with our sales teams and National Sales Manager, to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral.
- Updating yearly pricelist.
- Assist with sourcing and ordering of promotional materials.
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, and customer days.
- Assisting with catering for meetings when required, general and year end functions.
- Assist and back up sales representatives with general sales and admin.
- Liaise with customers regarding products and service provisions.
- Provide feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries.
- Generating of quotes and Pro Forma invoices.
- Assist with customer returns and credit requests.
- Process house account customer orders.
- Control master discount and cash sale files.
- Update monthly sales folder for National Sales manager.
- Internal Complaint reports.
- Social media marketing**Inherent Requirements**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years sales and marketing experience, preferably within the industrial tool market or similar, definite technical acumen
- Able to reconcile and work with numbers.
- Ability to manage time, work effectively within a team and independently, and implement processes and procedures.
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- Proficient with SYSPRO and Microsoft 365 (essential)
- Experience with Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Social Media Marketing experience
- Assertive, pro-active, make recommendations, take accountability
