Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue growing and succeeding. As a Sales Representative at EZM Sign, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base by promoting and selling our comprehensive range of signage products and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert recommendations, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a strong interest in the signage industry. As an update, we will hire three (3) for this role alone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their signage needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and competitive estimates to current & prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure sales and close deals.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the signage, printing, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of signage products, materials, and production processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
