Job Description

To lead an Information Technology team in the Business with the purpose of supporting and enabling the realisation of business strategies and objectives

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of configurators, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance.
- Oversee and coordinate team deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
- Foster continuous development and growth of team members.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability.
- Facilitate peer review sessions to maintain standards and encourage collaboration.

Required Experience & Skills

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Control-M or similar scheduling tools.
- Background in a technical role such as software development or configuration.
- Strong vendor management capabilities.
- Familiarity with Application Performance Management (APM) tools.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
- Demonstrated transformational leadership skills.
- Experience working on the Miles system or any other fleet management & leasing system would be advantageous.
