Our client develops, manages and owns various retail, commercial and light industrial buildings in and around Gauteng. Over time, they have built up a substantial mixed-use asset base with a steadfast growth rate, as their development team keeps adding new projects to the pipeline.

To manage a retail portfolio of between 5-6 centres, they are looking for a professional who can take charge of the day to day relationship with the landlords, tenants and other shareholders.

Your main mission will be to ensure the optimal performance on your portfolio, by tending to operations, financial management and reporting, staff management, as well as actioning leasing decisions to support growth.

To succeed in this fast-passed environment, you will need to be driven, adaptable and able to keep your finger on the pulse.

The minimum requirements for this position is:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in property management, and at least 2 years in a property management position
- Experience with new developments and comfortable with new building take-on's
- Bcom or Property Studies degree
- Strong financial acumen
- Solutions and results driven
- MDA experience is a must
