**Position Overview**:
The Junior Bookkeeper will provide vital support to the finance team by ensuring that financial records are accurately maintained, organised, and up to date. The role involves managing daily financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Filing and Document Organization

Petty Cash Management

Shop Sale Reporting

Data Capturing

Documentation and Financial Records

**Requirements**:
A diploma or certificate in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, Sage).

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.

Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage (or willingness to learn).

Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
