-Digital Arts is recruiting for a Lecturer in Dome Animatics, Narrative Design and Animation**Qualifications and Experience**:

- An MA, M.Sc., M-Tech in a relevant field.
- Evidence of research, relevant industry experience, and a public profile in the field would also be a distinct advantage.
- Evidence of supervision of Hons Students will be an advantage.
- Evidence of teaching Dome Animatics
- Portfolio of work in the required skill sets.
- 2D and 3D Animation with preference to 3D Traditional pipeline
- Narrative designer who specializes in script continuity in all visual Aspects
- Unity
- Character design
- Digital Dome Animation
- Dome Animation Camera setting
- Digital Dome Animatics for Oculus
- Modelling for Digital Dome

**Technical Skills**:
**_ Familiarity in at least one of the following 2D DCCs:_**
- Krita/GIMP/Photoshop/Clip Studio Paint/ToonBoom/TVPaint (open source preferred)**_ Familiarity in at least one of the following 3D DCCs:_**
- Blender/Maya/3DS Max/Cinema 4D (Blender preferred)**Research Interest in the following field is strongly recommended**:**Duties**:

- Teaching into other courses in the division as appropriate. Such as Digital Arts Research Project
- Assist in managing collaborative projects across disciplines, including supervising Honours and Masters students.
- Assist with divisional administration and portfolios.
- Research outputs - publications, conference attendance etc.-
