Seeking a career in Group Retail Marketing and Financial Services? Look no further As a highly engaged member of our team, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally within TFG to deliver campaigns that will drive both revenue across the group’s Retail Brands and for the Financial Services division.

Purpose:
As part of this role, you will work with the marketing manager and Senior Marketing Coordinators to drive the implementation, measurement and optimisation of the TFG FS marketing plan.

Your key focus areas will include engaging core suppliers, internal business enablers and our service divisions. Your key channels to maintain will be **PR, Internal & training channels**.

**Requirements**:

- A tertiary qualification with Marketing or Commercial orientation
- Proven experience in a similar role (minimum 2 - 4 years)
- Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) & Google Sheets
- Proven experience working on multi-channel campaigns

Advantageous:

- Event Management Experience
- Change Management experience
- An understanding customer journeys
- Copywriting

- Writing, editing (spelling and grammar) and verbal communication skills in English

- Willing to take direction and able to work independently, demonstrating initiative
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, and a well-structured thought and operational process
- Ability to multi-task and to meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and mature with very strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Resilience and highly adaptable
- Proactive in generating new ideas & identifying opportunities
- Creative and curious
