Purpose:
To gain practical experience in the financial services industry through assisting with assigned tasks and projects, learning company procedures, and developing professional skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on industry trends and market analysis- Supporting team members with project execution and daily operations- Assisting with event planning and coordination- Preparing reports and presentations- Shadowing senior staff to observe key functions

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
