Active all over Africa, this multi-disciplinary consultancy has provided a consistent service to landlords, tenants, corporates property investors and developers for over 50 years.

They employ thousands of people in South Africa; a 100 of which are based on site at a government tenanted development in Pretoria, which they run all facilities for via a PPP contract. From reception staff to space planners, engineers to chef's, our client directly hires and manages all facilities related staff and is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of a complex which hosts over 1,000 staff and visitors daily. With various Mechanical, Electrical, Heating & ventilation systems at play, it is vital that the leader of this team has completed a SAFMA accreditation and has gained previous experience in managing an account via a PPP contract. Combined with a minimum of 10 years' management experience, you will have the maturity and EQ to develop and maintain excellent relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. To run a business of this size it is also of course essential that you have the ability and skills to run the financial, legal, operational, administrative and technical aspects of a multi-faceted team.
