Senior Sales Executive

**Minimum requirements for the role**:
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in a sciences or related field is preferred for this role.
- Previous experience having worked in a senior sales management role within the scientific and or laboratory or related sciences industries is preferred.
- Must have a broad knowledge and experience in managing sales teams within any of the sciences industries.
- Must have excellent leadership skills and ability to provide operational oversight.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Must possess executive decision-making and analytical skills.
- Must have excellent negotiating skills
- Good knowledge of commercial compliance and industry specific business practices.
- Have a good working knowledge of human resource legislation, procedures and practices.
- Overseeing and managing a nation-wide sales and operational team, driving all sales contributing to the companys sales objectives.
- Driving innovative ideas for business growth.
- Managing and overseeing successful relationships with large, distributed customers.
- Managing and overseeing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Managing and assisting staff when closing agreements with large customers.
- Managing and analysing performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
- Presenting monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts to the exec.
**Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
