- Administration/ serving and amendments of short-term personal and commercial policies
- Liaise with clients, Insurers, and service providers
- Assist in Reviewing policies at renewal stage
- Compiling quote comparisons
- Sound knowledge of how to read, retrieve and understand insurance policy schedules and wording
- Client service is essential**Inherent Requirements**

**Minimum Requirements**
- Matric
- RE 5
- Class of business Commercial and Personal lines
- FAIS credits (Min in short-term insurance if the date of appointment is before 2010), Full recognized qualification if the date of appointment is on or after 01/01/2010 - is advantageous

**Experience**
- 2-3 year’s experience within the short-term Insurance Commercial and Personal lines - Administration/ Servicing and Amendments - Claims

**Skills**
- Strong customer service
- Problem-solving
- Sound Knowledge of Short Term Insurance Commercial and Personal Lines
- Computer literate

**What Qualification**
- RE1
