**Position Overview**: A multinational medical devices manufacturing concern is seeking to appoint a
**Regional Manager SADC.** One will be responsible to
**develop and implement**
**regional**
**business**
**plans** in relevant countries of responsibility.
**Support**
**growth** of all
**product lines**, while
**understanding** and
**addressing**
**customer or market**
**needs**, within
**assigned budgets** in line with
**Global and local marketing strategies** while adhering strictly to the company’s code of conduct.
**Role Specific Accountabilities**:

- Regional Management
- Distributor / Business Partner Management
- Business Development
- Project Management
- SHE

**Essential Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required**
**Minimum Requirements**:

- A **completed bachelor’s degree** **or higher** in one of above disciplines (NQF level 7+)
- **Business Management qualification** an advantage
- Minimum of **10 Years Sales Experience **in **Medical Industry **with at least **8 Years **i**n **an **Account** **Management** r**ole**:

- **MS **O**ffice** (all packages at advanced level) and **CRM exposure**:

- Strong **planning** and **organising** **(project management skills)**
