**The Higher Education industry is seeking the services of a HEAD OF EMPLOYABILITY to join their dynamic team.**

**Main job function**

Evaluate, integrate, and manage the company’s employability function

Undertaking all necessary tasks and performing all necessary services to perform the role of Head of Employability

**Deliver effective leadership and support including**

Gather and build data on employability starting with 2019 graduates

**Install Jobs & Careers Office which will include activities for job seeker preparation**

CV prep / Interview prep / Job search skills / Internship placement

Set-up and/or oversee all Employability metrics within the organization

Analyze current and future jobs market by sector in order to influence the development of relevant academic offer (including market research)

Support other senior management team members in developing and implementing the general strategy in respect of Private higher education platform

Work with the academic team to embed employability in all company programs

Oversee and work with the careers office to develop students’ employability skills through soft skills programs

Help ensure that graduate attributes are explicitly embedded in all programs

Develop links with employers and extend the numbers of employers who have active relationships with the company

Manage Golden Employers network

Work closely with employers to develop work related opportunities for students

Conduct regular research to determine employers’ skills demands

Serve as the employability liaison for the company at the HUU level

Determine and track ROI through regular research with students

Work closely with students to match them to work based learning and work experience opportunities and ensure that they are well-prepared to undertake them

Liaise with employers and students during placements to ensure that they are working effectively

Publicize and promote the opportunities available to students and staff in relation to employers and employability

Maintain accurate records and management information to report to Management

Use IT databases effectively to support the Unit
