- Large manufacturing company seeks an executive of the highest calibre, to oversee and manage the full financial function of the business and to drive day-to-day financial outputs i.e., financial analysis, reporting, monitoring of budgets, profitability and cost controls, pricing, statutory tax functions; as well as playing a pivotal role in design, implementation and managing of the business strategy.**Education and experience required**:

- Appropriate Tertiary Qualification- BCom / BA Accounting with CTA / PGDA or Equivalent.
- CA / CIMA - would be an advantage.
- 5 - 10 years of accounting experience (essential).
- 2 plus years management experience (essential) with exposure to commercial and strategic management would be an advantage.
- Experience in coaching and developing teams.
- Experience in working with manufacturing environment, with the ability to establish relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to interact with confidence at all levels in the organisation.
- Well developed communication skills.
- Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of IT and IT related aspects with the aim to optimise administration/finance processes and resources.
- Proven track record in leadership roles.
- Effective, goal directed management of subordinates and staff.
- Interpretation and analysis of business information, statistics, trends and ability to provide suggestions and solutions for discussion with the executive team.
- Commercial and strategic support for the executive team.
