**REQUIREMENTS**
Matric, relevant qualifications highly advantageous
Minimum 3 years debtors experience
Experience in a Logistics or Transport company highly advantageous
Experience working on the Datatim system highly advantageous
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Very good communication skills in Afrikaans and English
**DUTIES**
Reporting to the Financial Manager
Working on computer system Datatim
Receive and process purchase orders
Follow up on outstanding documents
Manage invoicing
Courier invoices to clients
Send statements to clients
Load an allocate payments
Assist with queries on accounts
General administration duties as required
**Salary**: R16k, dependent on experience
