Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelors’ degree/diploma in Nursing Science, health or equivalent - Post graduate qualification will be an added advantage - Trained and completed APC sessions - NIMART trained - Trained in TB and HIV clinical management - COVID-19 and IPC trained - 5 years’ experience practising as a qualified health care professional - 2 years in managerial / supervisory experience - Valid registration with SANC, HPCSA or any other recognised registration body - Ability to communicate in IsiXhosa and English or another South African language - Valid code 08 driver’s licence - Clear criminal record**
Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Leads a cluster of facility clinical teams - Responsible for DSD implementation and coordination of teams - Ensures integrated TB and HIV screening, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and continuity of care - Provides clinical and technical to facility team leads - Participates in hospital, district, PHC and clinic committee meetings; supports multi-disciplinary team approach to managing client - Works closely with QI teams to embed impactful change initiatives
