Your key responsibilities will involve:

- Being the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Being responsible for client retention and growth of portfolio of clients.
- Build and maintain SALGA relationships, so that we can leverage off the Year End.
- Gather new business by leveraging of the municipalities.
- Cross sell initiatives into other markets such as funeral plans and Gap Cover.
- Being responsible to ensure that all service level agreements and appointment letters are signed and current and in place.
- Being responsible for developing healthcare related educational programs, conducting healthcare related training, and conducting induction training.
- Ensuring that all administrative and regulatory matters relating to each client portfolio is up-to-date and in order.
- Being responsible for relevant reports and information and data to all internal and external stakeholders, including executive reports.
- Responsible for benefit and cost comparisons as required and must be able to review and make recommendations on subsidy modelling.
- Stays abreast of industry and legislative changes and must be able to discuss implications for employers and employees.
- Receive quotes from benefits providers.
- Perform member presentations explaining the proposed structure and benefits.
- Being responsible for assisting more junior colleagues were applicable.
- Promote the availability of other products and services, such as funeral plans and Gap cover to municipal employees

Must have requirements:

- Grade 12 education with NQF level 4 or higher in Wealth Management
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
- Extensive healthcare experience.
- CMS certification, certification must be UpToDate.
- RE 5 certifications.
- CPD points up to date.
- A proven record of achievement as a sales consultant.
- Computer literacy in Excel and Word.
- Class of Business Categories for Health Services Benefits and Short-Term personal lines for the gap cover product

Pay: R25 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- sales role in Gap Cover: 3 years (required)
- medical aid: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- CMS Certification, RE5,COB Health Services and Short Term (required)
