Job description

**REGIONAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER**

**_Key Outputs_**
- Target driven and seek to achieve above the required standards in sales, cash, collections, credit controlling and stock management.
- Able to adapt to various environments when relieving and to take control in that environment in a short period of time.
- Demonstrate customer care and staff control through effective managerial skills.
- To be personally involved with the actioning of problematic accounts in branches.
- To ensure that the company credit/debtors’ policies and procedures are effectively introduced and implemented.
- Demonstrate effective staff management, motivation and training skills.
- To correctly split the debtor’s book in each branch.

**_Key Requirements_**
- Must have grade 12 or NQF level 4 qualifications.
- Be confident, self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Must have good communication skills and able to motivate staff.
- Have at least 5 years credit experience in a furniture retail business with nothing less than 2 years’ experience in a management / 2IC role.
- Be able to work unsupervised.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Tertiary studies in business Management, essential.
- Be able to set standards and implement collection drives on a regional basis.
- Have at least 2 years experience in debtors controlling, with good performance results.
- Able to work and perform under pressure.

**This position will require traveling extensively Between branches bellville, parow, paarl, khayelitsha, atlantis and if needed to sleep out from time to time. Residential visits to customers will also be required from time to time.**

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R123.00 - R456.00 per month
