**Objectives of the Role**
- Provide day to day support to Chief Delivery Officer.
- Lead and oversee the delivery management process for the Games Global client.
- Work closely with technical leads to ensure projects are managed and delivered accordingly.
- Ensure that sufficiently qualified, skilled and trained personnel and other resources are available to perform the assigned tasks. Plan for optimum resource utilization and determine where additional resourcing needs are required.
- Manage key relationships and handle day to day queries from senior client personnel.
- Identify improvement areas and other efficiencies that can be implemented to supply the client with an optimal streamlined certification process.
- Ensuring the Lab is overall complying with standard operating procedures as part of our Quality Management System.
- Ensuring overall client satisfaction is being monitored and any identified problem areas are addressed or escalated accordingly.
- Ensure the Durban office has a positive, engaging and supportive culture

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Assure compliance with ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17021-1, ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO/IEC 17065.
- Delegate authority to individuals, as required, to undertake defined activities.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the internal Technical department.
- Responsible for the overall technical quality of the work performed and delivered to clients.
- Analyse customer’s requirement, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet delivery goals.
- Supervision of all product personnel in relevant offices.
- Ensure that the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across all project teams.
- Provide leadership and guidance to delivery team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the delivery team.
- Maintain strong relationships with key client personnel.
- Liaise with senior client personnel in order to obtain roadmap/pipeline information.
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance to senior management.
