**Main purpose of the job role**: Set and maintain the image of the business by managing its public interactions and consistently build a positive reputation through media in the form of promotional activities, campaigns and media relations.
Duties and responsibilities of the job role (key performance indicators):
Develop PR strategies, organize PR campaigns/events and amplify existing PR campaigns
Prepare collateral and promotional material
Build, maintain and extend relationships with relevant stakeholders (i.e.: real estate agents)
Draft presentations and reports, as required
Perform any other related Ad Hoc tasks and duties as requested and required
Ensure brand consistency in all advertising efforts

**Education, experience and requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in public relations/marketing/communication
Proven record of 2-5 years as a PRO/communications officer
Proficient in MBS Office (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Possess a 'can do' attitude
Takes responsibility and accountability for own work

Valid Code 08 drivers licence
