With guidance and direction from Architects or Sr personnel this position will assist and support all aspects of implementation activities.
- Ability to develop functional specifications (PRS') for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customers' business objectives with mínimal assistance from Architects or Sr personnel
- Assists and supports project team with configuration and testing of the designed solution.
- Assists and supports customer with their testing and training activities.
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, project team management audiences.
- Ability to execute training to end users
- Provides non-technical support during the 'go-live' period.
- Provides primary user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity
- Creates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the project
- Understand basic SQL
