**Core Description**:
Responsible to develop, implement and maintain all Retail Marketing and Interface with Business Units. To implement Retail Marketing strategy and plans, obtain inputs from SME's and ensure implementation and feedback to all relevant stakeholders. Manage Retail Marketing Channels and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of the channel. Develop, implement, maintain, coordinate all Retail Marketing relations and manage relationships with external vendors.

**Responsibilities**:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to develop, implement and maintain all Retail Marketing with Business Units (40%)
- Interface with Business Units and divisions to understand strategies, plans, timelines and operations
- Formulate deliverables and measures
- Establish and maintain relationships with role players
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies, tactical plans, messaging and content
- Manage sign-off process with Business Units and Service Organisations for strategies, communication plans, messaging and content
- To implement Retail Marketing strategy and plans, obtain inputs from SME's and ensure implementation and feedback to all relevant stakeholders. (20%)
- Manage Communications Policies, Processes and guidelines: approvals and sign-offs of strategy, content and key messaging
- Manage critical aspects related to the Science of Communication e.g. strategy, plans, key, messaging and evaluation criteria
- Establish and maintain relationships with role players
- Manage Retail Marketing Channels and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of the channel (20%)
- Ensure full alignment of key functional and operational processes within Telkom
- Establish and maintain relationships with role players
- Develop, implement, maintain, coordinate all Retail Marketing relations (20%)
- Receive external information, conduct research, surveys and log media queries
- Establish and maintain relationships with role players
- Manage relationships with external vendors
**Required Certification**:
None

**Qualifications**:
Relevant 3 year Diploma (NQF level 6). Preferable in Commerce/ Media/ Marketing/ Sales

**Experience**:
5 Years external and or media experience

**Special Requirements**:
Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Valid drivers' license
