Job Description
- Troubleshoot issues through diagnostic techniques.
- Provide desktop support and walk employees through the problem-solving process.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners for customers.
- Responding to employees’, in a timely manner, regarding service issues and requests.
- Identify customers problems and recommend changes to improve system performances.

Qualifications
- Min of 1 year IT Support Experience
- Relevant IT Qualification
- Microsoft Office 365 Knowledge
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Good communication skills and patience.
