- **Plettenberg Bay**_
- **Mossel Bay**_
- **Johannesburg**:_
- Morningside
- Rosebank
- Croydon
- Sandton
- Bryanston
- Sandhurst
- North Riding
- Midrand

**What you'll do**
- Manage a portfolio of properties in a specific area
- Meet and maintain HostAgents standards and metrics such as NPS, standard unit appearance, and efficiency
- Manage an efficient and high-quality team, ensuring they are trained, effective, and adhere to all HostAgents policies and procedures
- Possibly take on more properties after the New Listings Consultants sign them up to the portfolio
- Ability to arrange, coordinate and oversee home maintenance when required
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team
- Traveling between worksites is frequent and this person will need their own reliable transportation.

**Day-To-Day’s**
- Manage your own team for arrival and departure cleans.
- Personally check in and check out all guests in the properties in your assigned area
- Ensure timely logging of issues on in-house system (training will be provided)
- Closing all allocated job-cards on in-house system
- 24hour on call for checked-in guests - sort out any requests that they might need assistance with
- Look after the long-term maintenance of the property, ensuring that the quality and standard of the property is in good order always for the owners

**The skills you'll need**
- Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices
- Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed.
- Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
- Highly responsive and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior housekeeping experience
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
