Toy Kingdom is looking for a creative retail Visual Merchandiser to increase sales, attract and retain the customer’s attention and to provide an excellent in-store experience and then we want you to form part of our exciting team.

The goal is to use visual merchandising to convert window shoppers into prospects, drive branding and sales objectives and maximize profitability. This individual will be expected to multitask and innate friendliness.

This position has a direct report into the Store Manager and will suit an individual who is strategic thinker and has a passion for retail.

**Key deliverables**:

- Understanding and implementing the Visual Merchandising (VM) standards across the entire store layout.
- Ensuring that all key campaigns are launched to the highest standard as per the guided brief received.
- Ensure that images are taken and shared with the National Visual Merchandise Manager for approval.
- Constantly looking in store to improve on standards, revise layouts to better fit the Customers’ needs and to highlight concerns that could affect Customers’ experience in store.
- Focus on improving trade densities as guided by Head Office through various projects highlighted by the team.
- Ensuring that all Marketing collateral and material is stored and kept safe in the stockroom
- Oversee the implementation of the weekly store brief.
- Greet and charm every customer coming through our doors.
- Promote and sell products.
- Demonstrate key products.

**Qualifications and Core Competencies**:

- Grade 12 or Equivalent certificate
- Visual Merchandiser minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Must have an eye for detail and merchandising
- Personal CV
- Senior Certificate
