Our client in the Automotive Industry is looking to employ an experienced Dealer Principal for their Dealership in Paarl.

**Duties and Responsibilities includes (but not limited to)**:

- Manage all aspects of the dealership and encourage an effective and positive teamwork
- Recruit and retain skilled staff
- Monitor sales, workshop and parts departments and ensure profitability
- Improve stock turnover, increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and standards
- Control cash flow, stock and assets
- Ensure compliance and legislative changes
- Business planning and cost savings initiative

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Bachelors Degree (3 year) / NQF Level 7 Qualification in Management
- A minimum of 5 years management experience in the Motor industry
- Consultative and problem-solving experience
- Proven business acumen
