Sales Director

**Responsibilities**:
- Bring positive energy and drive to develop the current sales team and grow it further
- Possess ambition to drive company revenue and market share in all markets of company's domain
- Develop and implement sales strategies based on market knowledge and response to company's activities
- Identify and acquire new key (large) clients while maintaining existing relationships with such profile clients
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to management
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services
- Travel as required to meet with team members, clients and prospects
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in oil sales
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with team members
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, and tech savvy
- Ability to work remotely
- Bachelor's degree in business related field
