Artist's Studio Manager

Bronze Sculpture Studios is looking for an experienced Studio Manager to work with a reputable and well-known international artist in the management of general studio administration, marketing, and production process.

The role requires superb organizational skills, a passion for art, extra attention to detail, and a healthy appetite for problem-solving.

**Responsibilities**:

- General administration
- Run the day-to-day operations of the studio
- Liaise with suppliers and order necessary stock
- Open effective communication with customers and collectors
- Efficiently manage all production of sculptural objects
- Handle and manage smooth deliveries
- Personal assistant to the artist
- Deliveries and collection of art pieces
- Filing and administration
- Stock takes of the studio and studio storeroom
- Invoicing
- Assisting in exhibition preparation including cataloging and photographing works

**Requirements**:

- Strong administrative skills
- English First language
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must be able to take initiative and work independently
- Knowledge and passion for arts
- Trustworthy, Honest, and Reliable
- Solution-oriented.
- Own transport/car
- Excel skills and computer literacy in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Understanding the artist's process of sculpting and production and being able to transfer this
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma
- Pre-graduate studies or diplomas in any art direction will receive preference

**Remuneration**:
R18 000 to R20 000 per month
Additional commission applicable for sales generated for the artist

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
