We are looking for an individual who is passionate about health and wellness to join our team. A person who is customer-focused, hospitality minded and prides themselves on consistently delivering excellent client care and has an informed, friendly and calming approach.

Minimum criteria:

- At least two years’ experience as Spa Manager
- Diploma in Somatology (3 years) or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment advantageous
- Ability to work and liaise with other departments within the Hotel
- Able to perform all treatments
- Strong customer service skills
- Well-presented and expertly groomed
- Good communication and conflict management skills
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to; managing daily operations and procedures, have current knowledge of treatments and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards
- Ensure client experience is proficient; including bookings, payments, and consultation cards
- Ensure high motivation, provision of high-quality service and ongoing development and training of Spa team
- Comfortable and proficient in managing both procedures and people
- Manage and meet revenue targets and assist in a meeting departmental annual budgets and be accountable for maintaining and operating within financial targets
- Manage guest feedback effectively to ensure continuous service
- Ensure customers and guests receive friendly and consistent, personalized service from all team members.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R16,000.00 per month
