**Your main function** is to provide excellent customer service consistently to service clients at a very busy franchise dealership.

YOU MUST HAVE RELEVANT MOTOR TRADE SERVICE DEPARTMENT EXPERIENCE, FOR EXAMPLE AT A DEALERSHIP LIKE TOYOTA / BMW ETC.

This position is based at a dealership which is part of a large motor group.

Salary package is highly negotiable based on brand experience and training completed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous working experience as a Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant at a franchise dealership for a minimum of 2 years - **specific brand experience and training required.**:

- Excellent computer literacy skills including Kerridge / Evolve
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- The ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
- Clear criminal record
- Valid driver's license
- Matric / Senior Certificate qualification
- Willingness to work weekends

Package includes Basic Salary (negotiable based on current / last) + very good incentive scheme + Medical aid and provident fund contributions.
