- Report to Financial Manager
- Manage Corporate cards
- Expense claims
- Forex Journals
- Travel trip recons & advances
- Full Accounts Payable function for two companies
- Cashbook recons
- VAT Reports
- Assist with audit preparations
- AD HOC Duties

**Accounts payable**:

- Forex ROE variation
- Allocation of invoices to correct GL codes
- Loading of payments
- Obtain invoice approvals
- Resolve supplier queries
- Ensure purchase orders are in place
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Ensure supplier age analysis and invoices are received
- Completion & submission of Credit Applications
- Internal audit
- Supplier account maintenance
- Prepare supplier reconciliations for all suppliers
- Prepare supplier cashflow reports

- Any Official South African language advantageous

**Legal Requirements***:

- South African citizen
- Valid drivers license
- Own Transport
